Stryker (SYK) said Wednesday that it completed the acquisition of Inari Medical (NARI), a company specializing in venous thromboembolism clot removal without thrombolytic drugs.
As a result of the acquisition, Inari has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stryker, the company said, adding Inari shares ceased trading ahead of Wednesday's market open and will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
