Clarivate (CLVT) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.21 per diluted share, down from $0.23 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $663 million, down from $683.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $660.1 million.
The company said it expects 2025 adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.60 to $0.70 on revenue of $2.28 billion to $2.40 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $0.71 per diluted share on revenue of $2.53 billion.
Clarivate also said it had initiated the exploration of strategic alternatives including potential divestitures.
The company's shares were down 4.6% in recent premarket activity on Wednesday.
