晶泰控股-P：拟配股筹资约20.88亿港元
新华财经北京2月19日电晶泰控股-P于2月19日早间在港交所公告，当日公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司同意根据一般授权发行，而配售代理同意（个别而非共同或共同及个别）作为公司的代理，在配售协议的条款及条件规限下，按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价每股配售股份6.1港元认购合共最多3.42亿股配售股份。
假设所有3.42亿股配售股份获悉数认购，于完成后，配售将筹集的所得款项总额将约为20.88亿港元。同日公告，晶泰控股全资附属公司深圳晶泰科技有限公司与广东恒健投资控股有限公司正积极推进“人工智能+”科技与产业融合创新联合体项目的落地，该项目以“AI+机器人自动化”技术为核心，致力于建设全球领先的研发创新基础设施与产业孵化生态系统，促进战略性产业集群化发展。
