现代牧业预计2024年净亏损达13.5亿元至15.5亿元
2月19日，现代牧业（01117）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度，将录得净亏损为13.5亿元至15.5亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度录得净利润1.85亿元。与此同时，预计本年度现金EBITDA将在29亿元至31亿元之间，较2023年同期增加4亿元至6亿元，增幅介于16%至24%。
公告中提到，净亏损的主要原因包括主动淘汰低产低效牛只所带来的乳牛公平值重估损失，预计将产生亏损介于15亿元至17亿元。此外，由于市场不利因素影响，商誉出现减值迹象，预计将录得商誉减值损失介于4亿元至6亿元。尽管如此，这些损失均为非现金项目，不会对公司的现金流量、运营资金及持续经营产生不利影响。
公司表示，将继续加强成本控制和精益管理，提升核心竞争力，以应对行业周期波动。预计在未来的年度业绩公告中将提供更多财务细节，公告将于2025年3月底前发布。
