Hotung Investment Returns to Attributable Profit in July-December 2024; Shares Up 6%

Hotung Investment (SGX:BLS) booked an attributable profit of NT$155.9 million for the half ended Dec. 31, 2024, against an attributable loss of NT$78.9 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The company posted earnings per share of NT$1.65 compared with a loss per share of NT$0.0081 in the comparable period.

The company reported a revenue of NT$340.4 million for the reporting period, while it logged a negative revenue of NT$8.5 million in the year-ago period.

Shares of the company were up over 6% in recent trading.
