Odaily星球日报讯 比特币财务公司 Strategy（原 MicroStrategy）周二表示，计划发行 20 亿美元可转换优先票据，利率为 0%。Strategy 打算将此次发行所得用于一般公司用途，包括收购比特币。 除非提前回购、赎回或转换，否则这些票据将于 2030 年 3 月 1 日到期。Strategy 将以现金、A 类普通股或两者兼有的方式结算转换。Strategy 还计划授予初始购买者在发行后五个工作日内购买高达 3 亿美元额外票据的选择权。（The Block） 此前消息，Strategy（前 MicroStrategy）于 2 月 18 日提交的 10-K 年报显示，公司 2024 财年因 17.9 亿美元数字资产减值损失而录得净亏损，同时还警告称，如果比特币市值大幅下跌，可能无法在未来期间恢复盈利，并可能影响其履行财务义务的能力，根据通胀削减法案，其比特币持仓的未实现公允价值收益可能需缴纳 15%的企业最低替代性税（CAMT）。
