芦苇在该行于2025年2月20日举行的该行第七届董事会第七次会议上被聘任为该行行长。
根据《中华人民共和国公司法》等法律法规及公司章程有关规定，董事会提名芦苇为该行第七届董事会执行董事候选人。根据中国相关法律法规及公司章程规定，芦苇将在经股东大会选举通过且获监管机构核准其任职资格之日起正式就任该行董事，任期至该行第七届董事会任期届满之日止，在满足法律法规和公司章程规定的情况下，任期届满可以连选连任。
