消息面上，和誉将于3月3日举行董事会会议考虑及批准全年业绩。公司此前发布公告，预期去年总收入约为5.04亿元人民币，同比增加约4.85亿元；期内纯利不低于1,000万元，而2023年亏损约为4.32亿元，实现扭亏为盈。主要归因于透过提高业务营运效率来改善成本控制；及pimicotinib(ABSK021)的对外许可协议及与默克的首付款项7,000万美元。
