【香港证监会支持另类资产基金上市以扩阔投资选择及促进市场发展】金十数据2月17日讯，香港证监会今天发出通函厘清其监管规定，以便利封闭式另类资产基金在香港联合交易所有限公司（联交所）上市。新监管指引切合香港特区政府在《2024年施政报告》中有关拓阔私募基金销售渠道的规划。目前，另类资产基金已可在现行监管制度下寻求认可并在联交所上市，并不受任何阻碍。故此，证监会欢迎合资格的另类资产基金来港挂牌。通函厘清了其在认可主要投资于私募及流通性较低的资产的封闭式基金（即另类资产基金）方面的规定。一个关键准则是寻求认可的另类资产基金具备庞大规模，预期市值达7.8亿港元（1亿美元）。此外，视乎个别另类资产基金的投资策略，它最好能够持续产生稳定收入。证监会投资产品部执行董事蔡凤仪女士表示：“香港作为国际资产管理枢纽，其中一项特点就是能为投资者提供多种不同范畴的投资产品，市场一直为封闭式另类资产基金打开大门。”
