智通财经APP获悉，招行福州分行行长霍建军，出任招银国际总经理。招行审计部深圳分部副总经理刘晓阳，也已调往招银国际，担任副总经理，原招行香港分行副行长夏小东已接任福州分行行长。
据了解，霍建军，中国人民大学国民经济管理专业学士，曾任中国银行河南省分行资金计划处干部。2001年加入招商银行，历任总行计划资金部经理、高级经理，战略发展部高级经理、总经理助理、副总经理，资产负债管理部副总经理，资产负债管理部副总经理兼投资管理部总经理，零售金融总部总经理。2018年8月起任招商银行董事会办公室主任兼监事会办公室主任，招商银行证券事务代表。2022年3月起任招商银行福州分行行长。
招银国际金融控股有限公司是招商银行在香港的全资子公司，主要为企业客户提供香港上市保荐与承销、上市公司配售及供股、 债券发行、资产管理、财务顾问等综合化金融服务。2025年以来，招银国际已帮助脑动极光、新吉奥、赛目科技等多个IPO成功发行。2月12日，招银国际又担任古茗香港首次公开发行的联席账簿管理人及联席牵头经办人，助力其在港交所挂牌上市。
