0852 GMT - Segro's logistics segment remains a concern, AlphaValue analyst Christian Auzanneau says in a research note. The U.K. warehouse landlord posted strong full-year figures despite a gradually deteriorating logistics segment in western Europe, the analyst says. The analyst maintains a negative outlook on the sector, as long as vacancy ratios increase in end-markets and rents are at risk, he says. Shares trade 1.8% lower at 718.40 pence.
