智通财经APP获悉，随着意大利能源巨头埃尼石油(E.US)推进到2027年出售80亿欧元(合84亿美元)资产的计划，美国投资公司KKR(KKR.US)将其在埃尼集团旗下Enilive的持股比例提高至30%。
根据声明，KKR将以5.875亿欧元的价格收购埃尼移动部门5%的股份，使该部门股权价值达到117.5亿欧元。
去年10月，KKR首次收购了该部门25%的股份，交易预计将于下个月完成。
据悉，Enilive专注于生物精炼、生物甲烷生产和汽车共享等智能移动解决方案。
埃尼集团首席执行官Claudio Descalzi制定了一项广泛的资产战略，他称之为“卫星模式”。该计划要求剥离整个部门或与外部投资者合作。
去年11月，埃尼集团将可再生能源子公司Plenitude的股份出售给了Energy Infrastructure Partners AG，使这家瑞士基础设施集团的持股比例升至10%。
