2月18日金融一线消息，江西省人民政府发布职务任免通知，发布《江西省人民政府关于王东升等同志职务任免的通知》，其中公布了江西农村商业联合银行董事长、行长等一系列提名人选。

　　江西省人民政府研究决定，提名王东升为江西农村商业联合银行董事长人选；提名梁卫华为江西农村商业联合银行副董事长、行长人选；提名周斌、郑斌为江西农村商业联合银行副行长人选。

　　1月20日，国家金融监管总局发布批复，同意筹建江西农村商业联合银行。国家金融监管总局表示，江西农村商业联合银行筹建工作小组应严格按照有关法律法规要求办理筹建事宜，自批复之日起6个月内完成筹建工作。筹建期间接受江西金融监管局的监督指导。筹建工作完成后，应按照有关规定和程序向江西金融监管局提出开业申请。
