【万科企业：投资设立万新金石（厦门）住房租赁基金，规模16亿元】金十数据2月18日讯，万科企业公告，公司下属子公司海南万聚盈通企业管理有限公司和深圳市万科发展有限公司与中信金石基金管理有限公司、新华人寿保险股份有限公司、大家人寿保险股份有限公司共同投资设立万新金石（厦门）住房租赁股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙），该基金的认缴总规模为人民币16亿元，专项用于收购厦门佳德宏石置业有限公司100%股权，持有厦门泊寓院儿·海湾社区资产。万科A下属子公司合计认缴出资1.6亿元，占基金比例10%。中信金石基金管理有限公司担任基金的管理人，负责基金的投资管理运营等相关工作。
