CR Construction Group (HKG:1582) said a winding-up petition filed by the subcontractor against a company subsidiary was withdrawn.
The Hong Kong High Court issued an order on Feb. 10 to withdraw the petition, and a subsequent hearing scheduled for Feb. 26 has been vacated.
The company previously paid HK$650,000 to the subcontractor, resulting in the withdrawal of a winding-up petition filed against it.
