嘉里建设(00683)发展的元朗朗天峰，周日(16日)上载价单2号，加推70伙，扣除最高18%折扣及回赠后，折实平均呎价约11,376元，较首张价单高约6.7%。
嘉里发展董事及香港区总经理汤耀宗表示，今批单位涵盖25个一房户及45个两房户，实用面积由286至403方呎。嘉里物业代理销售及市场策划高级总监卢永俊称，该批单位连回赠计折实价介乎284.38万至505.6万元，折实呎价约9,943至12,736元。是次售价及呎价最低均为2座3楼F单位，实用面积286方呎，属一房连开放式厨房间隔。
嘉里物业代理销售及市场策划总监王维荣指，是次属原价加推，推出有角窗大单边、楼层更高以及景观更佳的单位。买家除了享有最高18%折扣之外，若买家不选择家具套餐优惠，可获得现金回赠，一房单位将获得1.8万元现金回赠，两房单位则可获得2.8万元现金回赠。
资料显示，项目于上周三推出的首张价单涉及120伙，折实平均呎价约10,658元。该盘提供594个单位，目前已公布售价的单位占190伙。
