意大利能源巨头埃尼集团周二表示，已同意以5.875亿欧元（约合6.16亿美元）的价格将其生物燃料业务Enilive另外5%的股份出售给私募股权公司KKR。

　　埃尼表示，这将使KKR在Enilive的持股比例达到30%。

　　埃尼集团表示，Enilive是一家移动转型公司，提供到2050年逐步脱碳的综合服务和产品。该公司拥有生物精炼和生物甲烷资产，以及汽车共享业务Enjoy。

　　埃尼集团表示，此项交易对Enilive 全部股权的估值为117.5亿欧元。
