诺科达科技(00519.HK) 财务总监兼公司秘书陆珊表示，公司自2023年开始部署AI业务，去年开始录得收入，期望今年可“开花结果”。子公司诺科达智驾首席营运官赵杰文则指，争取今年上半年将室外垃圾桶搬运机器人引入到香港。
赵杰文表示，目前为粉岭皇后山邨、嘉福邨及石排湾邨提供4至6部AI清洁机器人及巡逻机器人，同时亦有与大型地产商合作，在大埔一大型私人屋苑及商场提供智能清扫环卫服务。他指，一般机器人在内地生产后来港落地训练两周，就可以开始无人运作，产品寿命约5至6年，巡逻机器人在充满电的情况可连续操作6小时。
赵杰文表示，公司即将进驻科学园，届时会开始对小型配送无人机进行情景训练，目标日后可运送较小型的包裹及外卖。
他另指，公司有多种收费模式，客户可以选择一次过采购机器人，要价约30万至40万元，如租用月租约为2万元。
公司本月12日正式由“实力建业”更名为“诺科达科技”，陆珊表示原有业务金钟力宝中心收租物业及无锡天一新城公寓等项目会继续放租及销售，另会逐步因应市况安排出售所持卓尔智联(02098.HK) 0.8%股权及基金投资，套现所得将支持人工智能及机器人投资。(vc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
