由龙光集团(03380.HK) 及合景泰富(01813.HK) 合作发展的鸭脷洲“凯玥”，本年至今录得5宗成交，套现近3.24亿元；自推售以来已累售52伙，涉额逾36.4亿元。
龙光集团高蔼华表示，随着项目得到市场客群的认可而成交价格亦逐渐形成规律化，预期2025年的成交量及价格均会维持稳定；项目今年将不时推出新的户型产品刺激市场。
合景泰富张诗韵补充，凯玥更多户型产品仍有待推出，如个别的海景特色户，也是一些大客户最有兴趣的户型，因为其珍贵性，发展商仍然会采取惜售的策略方向，拟善价而沽；另外，项目亦有实用面积1,393方呎三房二套分层户型也会因应适当的市场情况而考虑推出。(da/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
