　　京信通信（02342）盘中涨超8%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.56%，现报1.14港元，成交额1832.70万港元。

　　京信通信近日宣布，以每股1.09港元的价格，向两名投资者Ocean Link Investment Limited（其实益持有人为易磊）及英特尔发行共约3.41亿股新股，集资约3.72亿港元。据证券时报报道，易磊与一家已上市的苹果供应商董事长之子同名，这使得市场对易磊的身份充满了猜测，但公告内并没有更多有关易磊的介绍。
