【严跃进：房价趋稳和向好的动力增强】金十数据2月19日讯，对于当前的市场形势，上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进认为，今年1月份全国房价指数延续去年四季度止跌回稳的态势，房价趋稳的特征更加明显。数据最大的特点是，在一线城市房价上涨后，二线城市房价也开始上涨，说明房价趋稳和向好的动力增强。值得注意的是，南京新房价格环比涨幅已经连续两个月居全国第一。对此，严跃进认为，南京的例子说明，今年要重点关注此前深度调整的二线城市，此类城市基本面修复动力很强，也将成为新一轮房价上涨的先行代表。
