智通财经APP获悉，万科企业(02202)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨3.97%，报6.02港元，成交额2.32亿港元。
消息面上，2月18日，万科披露最新融资进展，联合中信金石、新华人寿、大家人寿设立万新金石Pre-REIT基金，万科将获得约14亿元的流动资金。值得注意的是，2月10日，万科集团公告称，深铁集团拟向万科提供股东借款，借款金额为28亿元，借款用途为“用于万科偿还公开市场发行的债券的本金与利息”。
方正证券此前指出，公司2024年业绩承压，但管理层调整和大股东支持为公司未来发展提供重要保障，同时深国资和金融机构的支持将为公司提供更多发展空间，公司债务风险有望逐渐化解。预计公司2024-2026年收入分别为3539.6、2958.8、2481.8亿元，归母净利分别为-450.4、-112.1、-27.0亿元。
