消息面上，晶泰控股-P发布公告，于2025年2月19日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司同意根据一般授权发行，而配售代理同意(个别而非共同或共同及个别)作为本公司的代理，在配售协议的条款及条件规限下，按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价每股配售股份6.10港元认购合共最多3.42亿股配售股份。
配售股份数目相当于本公告日期本公司现有已发行股本约9.31%及紧随完成后本公司经扩大已发行股本约8.52%(假设所有配售股份获悉数认购，且于本公告日期至完成期间本公司已发行股本并无变动)。配售价每股配售股份6.10港元较股份于2025年2月18日(即厘定配售价之日)在联交所所报收市价每股6.48港元折让约5.86%。假设所有3.42亿股配售股份获悉数认购，于完成后，配售将筹集的所得款项总额将约为20.88亿港元，而配售产生的所得款项净额估计约为20.8亿港元。
于先前配售中，本公司筹集所得款项净额约11.25亿港元，用于产品持续迭代升级，提升研发技术能力和解决方案能力；促进本公司的商业化发展，加强外部合作，扩大本公司规模和市场份额；潜在机会投资、人才吸引与引进、营运资金补充和一般公司用途。
