Consumer stocks were mixed pre-bell Tuesday with the Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLP) down 0.1% and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLY) 0.3% higher recently.
Conagra Brands (CAG) shares were over 5% lower after the company said it now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings of about $2.35 per share, down from its previous guidance of $2.45 to $2.50.
