Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. (ESP) said Tuesday it has named Kaitlyn O'Neil as principal financial officer and treasurer, effective Feb. 15.
The appointment comes after the retirement of Katrina Sparano, who served as chief financial officer of the company.
