Constellation Energy Raises Quarterly Dividend by 10%

Constellation Energy's board has raised the energy company's quarterly dividend by 10%, to 38.78 cents from 35.25 cents.

The new payout, equal to about $1.55 a year, represents an annual yield of around 0.49%, based on Friday's closing price of $317.30, up from 0.44%.

The Baltimore company said the increased dividend is payable March 18 to shareholders of record March 7.
