智通财经APP讯，勇利投资(01145)及要约人华建有限公司联合公布，要约已于2025年2月18日(星期二)下午四时正截止，且要约人并无作出修订或延期。
于2025年2月18日(星期二)下午四时正(即该联合公布所述接纳要约的最后时间及日期)，要约人已接获涉及合共252,778,831股要约股份的有效接纳，相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约23.03%。
经计及接纳股份(待香港过户登记处、新加坡过户登记处或CDP妥善登记已接获有效接纳涉及的要约股份的过户后方可作实)，及上文所述要约人及其一致行动人士已经拥有的317,432,132股股份(相当于本公司全部已发行股本约28.92%)，要约人及其一致行动人士拥有合共568,768,963股股份之权益，相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约51.81%。洪汉文先生于紧接要约期开始前持有的全部1,442,000股股份已根据要约有效提呈接纳，故于本联合公布日期洪先生概无持有任何股份的权益。
紧随要约截止后及于本联合公布日期，待香港过户登记处、新加坡过户登记处或CDP妥善登记已接获有效接纳涉及的要约股份的过户后，528,934,605股股份(相当于公司全部已发行股本约48.19%)由公众人士持有。因此，于本联合公布日期，公司继续符合上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所载的25%最低公众持股量规定。
