智通财经APP获悉，在中国香港提供企业融资服务的浤博资本(Rainbow Capital Holdings)上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)，计划筹资至多600万美元。该公司计划以每股4-5美元的价格发行140万股股票。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“RNBW”。
据悉，浤博资本成立于2019年，主要在香港提供企业融资服务。该公司已成为香港最活跃的财务顾问之一，在并购、供股、私有化、企业分拆、资产及股权出售、持续关连交易、关连交易、合规咨询和IPO服务方面拥有丰富经验。
根据弗若斯特沙利文数据，从2022年至2024年，浤博资本在香港各类企业融资服务的交易数量方面均为前五大服务提供商，同期按所完成交易数量计，作为收购交易中出价方的财务顾问排名第2、作为香港上市公司的一次性财务顾问排名第2、作为与上市规则及创业板上市规则相关交易的独立财务顾问排名第4、作为与收购守则相关交易的独立财务顾问排名第5、作为合规顾问排名第4。
