智通财经APP获悉，据报道，Robinhood(HOOD.US)计划于2025年通过其收购的欧洲数字资产交易所Bitstamp在新加坡推出加密产品。
Robinhood副总裁兼总经理Johann Kerbrat表示，Robinhood去年6月同意收购Bitstamp的部分原因是其在新加坡的牌照以及机构业务。去年，Bitstamp表示已获得新加坡金融管理局的原则性批准。
Robinhood尚未确定在新加坡推出服务的日期，但Kerbrat表示，他预计会在Bitstamp交易完成后的几个月推出，交易预计将在今年上半年完成。
新加坡计划是Robinhood全球扩张战略的一部分。该公司首席执行官Vlad Tenev 在第四季度财报电话会议上表示：“我们的目标是让Robinhood无处不在——无论客户身处何地，只要有智能手机，就能使用我们的服务。客户应该能够轻松开设Robinhood账户，享受我们一流的金融服务。”
2024年第四季度，随着唐纳德·特朗普在美国总统大选中获胜，人们对加密货币监管环境将更加友好的预期升温，数字代币交易激增，Robinhood的加密货币交易营收也随之飙升。
不过，加密货币交易的竞争正在升温。上周，Oppenheimer指出，Coinbase (COIN.US)在加密货币交易领域重新占据主导地位，蚕食了Robinhood的市场份额。
截至发稿，Robinhood盘前上涨0.18%。比特币价格小幅下跌0.1%至9.63万美元。
