Lonza Picks BofA, Centerview Partners for Capsules Unit Sale, Bloomberg Law Says, Citing Sources

--Lonza has chosen U.S. investment banks Bank of America and Centerview Partners to oversee the sale of its capsules business, as the Swiss drug manufacturer attempts to streamline its business, Bloomberg Law reported, citing unnamed sources.

--The deal could be worth at least 2.5 billion euros ($2.62 billion) but details of the transaction could still change, according to one source, the report said.
