网易云音乐2024年业绩报告：归母净利润同比增113.2%
2月20日，网易云音乐（09899）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告。
公司在该年度实现收入79.5亿元，同比增长1.1%。毛利方面，达到26.82亿元，增长27.5%。除所得税前利润大幅提升至15.7亿元，同比增长104.5%。年内利润也显著增加，达到15.65亿元，同比增长113.2%。非《国际财务报告准则》计量的经调整净利润为17亿元，较2023年的8.19亿元增长107.7%。毛利率从2023年的26.7%上升至33.7%，主要受益于在线音乐服务收入的增加及成本控制的优化。
管理层讨论与分析中指出，2024年公司专注于强化核心音乐业务，推动会员订阅收入同比增长22.2%，主要得益于会员规模的扩大。尽管社交娱乐服务收入同比下降26.2%，但公司通过提供优质服务和内容，增强了用户参与度，提升了盈利能力。此外，会员的留存率、听歌时长及活跃度逐年提高，显示出良好的用户粘性。
在财务报表附注中，营业成本由2023年的57.64亿元减少至2024年的52.69亿元，主要归因于内容服务成本的降低。公司于2024年录得其他净收益3732万元，转亏为盈的原因是2023年确认的与其他应收款项相关的亏损不再存在。整体来看，公司的业务分部以核心在线音乐服务为主，尽管社交娱乐业务有所收缩，但整体业务结构的优化与用户体验的提升为未来增长奠定了基础。
