Toppoint Holdings (TOPP) said Tuesday it is expanding into refrigerated logistics through a collaboration with a cold-chain transport provider, managing refrigerated containers at ports in Newark, N.J., Philadelphia, Pa., and Baltimore, Md.
The transport company said the move is part of its strategy to diversify its operations and reduce reliance on traditional container logistics.
The company expects the expansion to provide more stable revenue and improve service offerings, Toppoint added.
