Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) learned that a hearing to appoint liquidators for its controlling shareholder RoYue was held at a British Virgin Islands court on Monday, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property company will make further announcements once it receives the results of the proceedings.
RoYue holds around 43.29% of the company's total issued share capital.
