晶泰控股拟配售3.42亿股 筹资约20.88亿港元
2月19日，晶泰控股-P（02228）发布公告，宣布与配售代理签订配售协议，将根据一般授权发行最多3.42亿股配售股份，配售价为每股6.1港元。此次配售股份数量相当于现有已发行股本的约9.31%。配售价较2025年2月18日的收市价6.48港元折让约5.86%，也低于前五个交易日的平均收市价6.53港元，折让约6.58%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数认购，预计此次配售将筹集约20.88亿港元，扣除相关成本及开支后，净额约为20.8亿港元，每股配售股份的净价将约为6.08港元。配售所得款项将主要用于产品迭代升级、商业化发展及潜在投资机会。董事会认为此次配售将进一步稳固公司的财务状况并扩大股东基础。
