浙江沪杭甬与浙江交通签新金融服务协议
2月19日，浙江沪杭甬（00576）发布公告，宣布与浙江交通投资集团财务有限责任公司订立新金融服务协议，以重续过往金融服务协议的条文。
新协议自2025年3月30日起生效，期限为三年。根据协议，浙江交通财务将为公司提供存款服务、贷款服务、结算服务及其他金融服务。每日存款余额最高限额为15亿元，贷款服务的综合授信额度不低于30亿元。
公告指出，存款服务的适用百分比率均高于0.1%但低于5%，因此构成公司的持续关联交易，需遵守相关申报、公告及年度审核规定。贷款服务将按一般商业条款或对公司更有利的条款提供，且不以公司资产作抵押，故获得豁免遵守相关公告及独立股东批准的规定。公司预期根据结算服务及其他金融服务应付浙江交通财务的费用将符合最低豁免水平。
