智通财经APP讯，恒生银行(00011)发布公告，在银行董事会任职近11年后，利蕴莲女士将于2025年5月银⾏举⾏的股东周年常会结束后退任，不再出任银⾏独立非执⾏董事及董事长职务，同时不再出任提名委员会主席，以及审核委员会、风险委员会及薪酬委员会的成员，以便有更多时间投入其他事务。
现任永泰地产有限公司副主席兼⾏政总裁郑维新先生已获委任为独立非执⾏董事，由2025年4月1日起生效。郑先生同时将出任提名委员会、审核委员会、风险委员会及薪酬委员会的成员。
待银行2025年股东会结束后，郑先生将接替利女士，并调任为董事长及提名委员会主席。
