新浪科技讯 2月19日下午消息，近日，有消费者在社交平台发文称，名创优品买的一次性内裤，还未拆封，竟发现内裤上有污渍，并展示了包装拆封过程，质疑生产车间没有达到基本卫生标准。

　　报道称，后续一名自称名创优品的工厂负责人和她联系，解释称，污渍应该是车缝过程中，面料不小心接触到设备上的润滑油导致。该工厂负责人表示，后续将加强车间管理和产品查验，杜绝此类问题再次发生，并希望该消费者寄回有污渍的产品，以便进一步分析。

　　对此消息，新浪科技问询名创优品官方，对方表示，针对“一次性内裤有不明污渍” 的消费者投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】，已经成立专项工作组展开全面核查。

　　名创优品官方表示，“接到消费者反馈后，我们高度重视，已在第一时间对同批次产品作下架处理，并暂停与该生产商的订单交付，同步已委托3家独立第三方机构进行同批次产品复检，全方位复查产品供应链路。保障广大消费者的使用安全是我们的企业责任。对此情况，我们深感抱歉，并对消费者致歉。我们将全面复盘，优化生产流程，将质量监管落实到每一个细节，做到品质保证。”（闫妍）
