智通财经APP讯，宝光实业(00084)发布公告，集团管理层已决定终止集团于中国内地的业务营运，作为精简集团业务营运的一项战略举措。目前，集团于中国内地经营五间零售店铺及线上平台，所有该等业务均将于未来数月内终止营运。此后，集团将继续于中国香港、中国澳门、新加坡、泰国及马来西亚经营约85间零售店铺，并经营“时间廊”及“铁达时”网上商店。
截至2024年9月30日止六个月，集团于中国内地的业务营运所得收入仅占集团总收入约3%。董事会认为，终止集团于中国内地的业务将不会对集团的其他业务营运及财务状况产生任何重大不利影响，且并不知悉须提请公司股东垂注的任何其他事宜。
