宝光实业(00084.HK) 公布，集团管理层已决定终止在内地的业务营运，目前于内地经营五间零售店铺及线上平台，所有业务均将于未来数月内终止营运。此后，集团将继续于香港、澳门、新加坡、泰国及马来西亚经营约85间零售店铺，并经营“时间廊”及“铁达时”网上商店。
集团截至去年9月的中期业绩显示，内地的零售额录按年下跌22.4%，而内地的网上商店由于市场竞争激烈，尚未实现盈利。鉴于营商环境充满挑战，加上集团于内地的业务最近数年并无录得盈利，董事会认为，该决策符合集团及其股东的整体利益。
内地业务中期收入占集团总收入约3%。董事会认为，终止内地的业务将不会对集团的其他业务营运及财务状况产生任何重大不利影响。(vc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
