China's National Development and Reform Commission will assist private companies in making contributions to national strategies such as participation in consumer goods trade-in programs and upgrades, Xinhua News Agency reported Tuesday.
The country's top economic planner will revise its negative list or market access restrictions as early as possible to allow the private sector fair access to the competitive infrastructure sector, the report said.
