美团火速回应，逐步为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保
2月19日，京东（09618）宣布为全职骑手缴纳五险一金后，美团（03690）火速发声，将为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保，预计2025年二季度开始实施。
京东今日宣布，自 2025 年 3 月 1 日起，京东将逐步为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。
美团官方发布消息称，2024年以来，美团就骑手缴纳养老保险等社保方案做了认真研究，选择了不同区域不同城市进行深入调研，并在有关部门的指导下形成了初步试点方案，目前正在搭建骑手社保相关的信息系统，预计 2025 年二季度开始实施，逐步为全职及稳定兼职骑手缴纳社保。
2022年7月以来，在人社部指导下，美团率先启动新就业形态人员职业伤害保障试点，已出资14亿元为7个试点省市的全量骑手缴纳职业伤害保费，未来将进一步覆盖所有省市所有骑手。
与此同时，2025 年，美团将全面取消配送超时罚款，落实“防疲劳”措施，加快“骑手友好社区”等全领域友好场景建设。
