智通财经APP讯，诺德股份(600110.SH)发布公告，近日，公司全资孙公司深圳百嘉达新能源材料有限公司(“百嘉达”)与中创新航科技集团股份有限公司(“中创新航”)签订了《2025年保供框架协议》，基于双方长期稳定的战略合作，为保证百嘉达铜箔产品的供应稳定，百嘉达承诺2025年向中创新航供应铜箔产品4.5万吨，实际供货量需以正式销售订单为准。百嘉达将按承诺的供应量准备好人、机、料等资源，若百嘉达出现产能紧张的情况，需优先保障中创新航铜箔产品的供应。
