Greentown China Holdings Eyes US Dollar Bonds International Offering

Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) has proposed to issue additional US dollar-dominated bonds to finance its existing indebtedness and to buy back certain outstanding bonds, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The new 8.45% senior bonds due 2028 will form a single series with the company's previously disclosed $350 million 8.45% senior notes due 2028 to be issued on Feb. 24.
