消息面上，希慎兴业午间发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩，该集团取得营业额34.09亿港元，同比增加6.2%；基本溢利19.56亿港元，同比增加6.8%；公司拥有人应占溢利3500万港元，去年同期则亏损8.72亿港元；每股基本盈利3港仙，拟派发第二次中期股息每股81港仙。营业额同比增长6.2% 至34.09亿港元，经常性基本溢利同比增长6.8% 至19.56亿港元，主要受惠于营运表现改善。
