Bocom International (HKG:3329) unit Preferred Investment Management acquired $5 million of bonds issued by Nomura from the over-the-counter market for around $5.1 million or $100.77 apiece, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The bonds make up part of an issue of $600 million of 5.709% senior bonds falling due Jan. 9, 2026.
The financial services provider purchased the bonds for investment purposes.
