通过该项目，本集团和广东恒健能发挥各自优势，共同谋划打造“人工智能+”科技与产业融合创新联合体项目，推动医药、新材料、新能源等行业的数智化，突破传统技术瓶颈，助力更高效的企业AI创新与产业转化，为粤港澳大湾区作为全球创新的重要力量注入持续的创新动力。
董事会认为，该项目与本公司长远发展目标及战略相一致，为本集团带来良好机会，藉以扩阔其日后的业务及收入基础，符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
