2月17日，启明创投宣布，长期担任主管合伙人的梁颕宇已正式离职。
据悉，早在2024年11月，启明创投和梁颕宇便启动了一项“管理团队传承规划”，以确保顺利交接，梁颕宇离任后，启明创投主管合伙人胡旭波和合伙人陈侃将共同领导启明创投在医疗健康领域的投资。
梁颕宇表示：“在启明创投工作了19年后，我决定开启新的篇章。能够与如此才华横溢的同事和有远见的企业家们共事，我感到非常荣幸。我为我们一起取得的所有成就感到自豪，并对一路上的经历与友谊深表感谢。我计划花一些时间充电，但我对支持创新、支持企业家和科学家的热情一如既往。”
启明创投创始主管合伙人邝子平表示：“我们衷心感谢梁颕宇的诸多贡献，并祝愿她未来一切顺利。”
2006年，梁颕宇加入启明创投，一手组建了医疗团队，投资了包括再鼎医药（09688）、康希诺（688185）、甘李药业（603087）在内的众多明星医药企业，奠定了启明创投在医药领域的版图。
她的投资案例包括A股/港股的上市公司甘李药业、康希诺、神州细胞（688520）、义翘神州（301047）、贝瑞基因（000710）、嘉和美康（688246）、加科思（01167）等，以及美股上市公司Schrdinger（SDGR）、硕迪生物（GPCR）、冠科美博（APLM）等。此外，还有被并购的项目如中信医药、冠科生物、傲锐东源生物等。
