【北京:#用运动促进中小学生肌肉力量发展#】据@央视新闻 今天,北京市中小学“体育八条”正式发布,明确:①北京要求小学初中每天1节体育课,高中每周3-5节体育课,没有体育课的当天要安排不少于45分钟的体育锻炼。②明确杜绝“说教课”和“不出汗”的体育课。#学校不得以任何形式挤占体育课#,杜绝“阴阳课表”。③确保中小学生每天综合体育活动时间不低于2小时,其中至少要有1小时中等及以上强度体育锻炼,促进学生肌肉力量、骨骼强健和心肺功能的发展。④确保义务教育阶段每名学生掌握至少2项运动技能。
