智通财经APP获悉，达势股份(01405)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.3%，报87.4港元，成交额1900.34万港元。
消息面上，美国证监会公布的巴菲特领导的伯克希尔-哈撒韦公司最新13F文件显示，伯克希尔买进达美乐披萨超100万股，增持幅度达到约87%。根据达势股份去年第三季度业务概况显示，自2017年第三季度起，达美乐中国至今已经实现了连续29个季度同店销售保持增长，2024全年新增门店数更将达到240家，明后两年计划各新开设约300至350家门店，不断加速门店布局。
广发证券此前指出，公司单店UE持续优化，规模扩张带来各项成本费用的摊薄及盈利能力的非线性改善。未来两年拓店目标为每年300-350家，目标明确，该行测算达美乐到2030年中国大陆门店空间在3000家左右，是当前门店数的近3倍。该行认为，达美乐具有较强的品牌势能，且在中国市场仍处于上升期，快速拓店的同时仍能保持同店增长，对标同行潜在展店空间较大，未来盈利能力改善路径清晰。
