本公司并非该聆讯的一方。除上述信息外，董事会并无关于该聆讯的其他信息。由于该聆讯不涉及本集团，且欧先生过去和现在均非本集团董事或高级管理人员，董事会认为该聆讯对本集团业务运营没有且不会产生任何影响。截至本公告日期，本集团所有业务运营均保持正常，上述事项对本集团业务运营没有任何其他影响。
